Local School Backpack Ministry. All food items must be non-perishable, easy open containers, non-glass, no refrigeration or heating required. Since they do not receive much nutrition, the food should be as healthy as possible. It must be single serving size and small enough to fit into a backpack with several other items. Some suggestions are: canned meats with pop tops such as Vienna sausages, tuna, beanie weenies, juice boxes, small boxed cereal, fruit cups, chips, cheese or peanut butter crackers, peanuts, etc call 940-769-2968 if you have questions on sponsoring a student or email patillobaptistchurch@yahoo.com
